Renovation and addition of a 1902 Mediterranean home. Main level work included moving the kitchen and family room locations and adding a laundry, mudroom and breakfast room. Upper level renovation and addition included creating a master suite with his and her bathrooms, reconfiguring and adding a bedroom/bathroom/office suite and renovating a 4th bathroom.
