This model showcases the ability to utilize darker colors even in smaller spaced high rise living.

This was an interior room within the condo that was relatively small and had no windows.  The agents were having difficulty selling this stack of units because it was difficult for prospects to visualize what to do with this room.   The Consulting House designed this space into a library.  As a result, the stack of 24 units sold out in less than 2 months.
