​This house was owned by an investor and was taken down to its studs. Other than some of the brick remaining the exterior and interior of the house were fully redesigned.   The garage was added on as well.   The Consulting House was responsible for all design related decisions for both the exterior and interior of the home.   This included all architectural features and selections for the interior and exterior of the home.
