​The Consulting House designed and served as general contractor for this project.  The project included an addition of an outdoor loggia, a connecting breezeway to the garage, a breakfast room, kids office, laundry and mud room.  In addition the kitchen and butlers pantry were completely gutted and renovated.  The work was made to look as if the changes were original to the house which was built in 1932 while providing all of the updated conveniences of today.
